So, today we discuss the reasons why we use, light or super light supports, and sometimes it's just as simple as taking a look at the model to see what kind of surface area you are working with. This video will go over some of the ways we determine what size to use, and hopefully will help you figure out the best way to support your next print.

Check out our 3D Printing info:

Angle guide:
Angle Equation:
0.50 represents the layer height you are printing.
0.35 represents the printer's max resolution, in this case 35 microns.

Put this into Google:
arctan (0.50 / 0.35) in degrees
You get this 55.0079798 degrees or 55, so when doing the angle for bases, and flat objects remember the angle degree and use that to angle the objects.

Here it is with the numbers zeroed for you, just add the resolution of your printer and the layer height you are printing at.
arctan (0.00 / 0.00) in degrees
