Eidok অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছবেন কীভাবে
আপনি যেকোনো সময় নিজের Eidok অ্যাকাউন্ট ও তথ্য মুছে ফেলতে পারেন। মুছে ফেলা অ্যাকাউন্ট আর ফেরত আনা যায় না।
অ্যাপ থেকে
- Eidok অ্যাপে মেনু → সেটিংস খুলুন।
- অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছুন চাপুন।
- পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে নিশ্চিত করুন।
ওয়েবসাইট থেকে
- eidok.com-এ সাইন ইন করুন।
- সেটিংস → অ্যাকাউন্ট মুছুন-এ যান।
- পাসওয়ার্ড দিয়ে নিশ্চিত করুন।
সাইন ইন করতে না পারলে আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের ইমেইল থেকে eidokoffice@gmail.com-এ "Delete my account" বিষয়ে লিখুন; পরিচয় নিশ্চিত করে আমরা মুছে দেব।
যা মুছে যায়
- প্রোফাইল, পোস্ট, ছবি, ভিডিও, রিল, বন্ধু ও ফলো, আপনার পাঠানো মেসেজ, নোটিফিকেশন।
- আমার দিনের নোট, নিরাপত্তা ও SOS-এর সেশন, অবস্থান ও জরুরি নম্বর, প্রমাণ রক্ষকের সব রেকর্ড ও ফাইল, সতর্কতার এলাকা ও পছন্দ, ফোন ও ইমেইল দিয়ে বন্ধু খোঁজার তথ্য, এনক্রিপশনের ডিভাইস, পরিবারের সদস্যপদ, পুশ নোটিফিকেশনের টোকেন, ফিডের ইতিহাস। (এগুলো অ্যাকাউন্ট মোছার এক ঘণ্টার মধ্যে মুছে যায়।)
- আপনার ফোনে রাখা টাইমলাইন ও অন্যান্য তথ্য মুছতে অ্যাপটি আনইনস্টল করুন বা ফোনের সেটিংসে অ্যাপের ডেটা মুছুন।
যা থেকে যায়
- দেনা-পাওনার নিশ্চিত হিসাব: অন্য পক্ষের প্রমাণ হিসেবে তার কাছে থেকে যায়।
- অন্যদের কথোপকথনে তাদের কাছে থাকা কপি, আর অন্যরা যা শেয়ার বা সংরক্ষণ করেছেন।
- অন্যের পোস্টে আপনার করা মন্তব্য — চাইলে অ্যাকাউন্ট মোছার আগে নিজে মুছে দিন।
- আইন মানা, প্রতারণা ঠেকানো বা বিরোধ মেটানোর জন্য যা রাখা বাধ্যতামূলক, তা ততদিন। ব্যাকআপে থাকা কপি নির্দিষ্ট সময় পর নিজে মুছে যায়।
How to delete your Eidok account
You can delete your Eidok account and information at any time. A deleted account cannot be brought back.
In the app
- Open Menu → Settings in the Eidok app.
- Tap Delete account.
- Confirm with your password.
On the website
- Sign in at eidok.com.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm with your password.
If you cannot sign in, write to eidokoffice@gmail.com from your account's email with the subject "Delete my account"; we will confirm it is you and delete it.
What is deleted
- Your profile, posts, photos, videos, reels, friends and follows, messages you sent and notifications.
- Your My Day notes, Safety and SOS sessions, places and emergency numbers, all Proof Vault recordings and files, your alert area and choices, phone and email friend-finding data, encryption devices, family membership, push tokens and feed history (removed within an hour of deleting the account).
- To remove the timeline and other data kept on your phone, uninstall the app or clear its data in your phone's settings.
What is kept
- Confirmed Dena-Paona records stay with the other person as their proof.
- Copies other people have in their conversations, and what others shared or saved.
- Comments you made on other people's posts — delete them yourself before deleting the account if you wish.
- What the law requires us to keep, or what is needed to prevent fraud or resolve disputes, for as long as needed. Backup copies are removed automatically after a limited time.
