পরিচিতি:
আপরাজিতা একটি জনপ্রিয় ও সুদৃশ্য ফুল, যা প্রধানত বেগুনি, নীল কিংবা কখনও সাদা রঙের হয়ে থাকে। এর পাপড়ির গঠন দেখতে অনেকটা প্রজাপতির ডানার মতো, তাই ইংরেজিতে একে বলা হয় “Butterfly Pea”। এটি একটি লতানো উদ্ভিদ, সাধারণত বেড়া, খুঁটি বা গাছের গায়ে জড়িয়ে বাড়ে।

ব্যবহার ও উপকারিতা:

আয়ুর্বেদ ও ভেষজ চিকিৎসায় এই ফুল ও গাছের নানা অংশ ব্যবহৃত হয়।

এর ফুল থেকে প্রাকৃতিক রঙ তৈরি করা যায়, যা খাবার বা পানীয়তে ব্যবহৃত হয়।

এতে অ্যান্টিঅক্সিডেন্ট ও প্রদাহনাশক উপাদান রয়েছে, যা স্মৃতিশক্তি, মানসিক চাপ ও চুলের যত্নে সহায়ক।
