Job Context :
This role is to focus on developing and growing business opportunities to increase revenue for our company. This will primarily be achieved by pursuing and winning targeted projects in both identified segments and regions.
Job Responsibilities
* To develop a strategic business operating plan to achieve annual sales for the assigned products.
* To evaluate competitors' activities and formulate counter-strategies for the same.
* To visit existing & prospective customers regularly for personal relationship development & collect orders for the fulfilment of sales target.
* To submit bills and follow up closely for collection of outstanding.
• To collect customer's complaints and solve them in close coordination with the concerned authority.
* To create new venues for our products.
* To identify any new business portfolio.
* To create demand for your assigned products & help in achieving sales objectives.
* To prepare your products sales aid as per the strategy.
• Any other work as & when assigned by the management
Employment Status: Full-time
Workplace: Work at office and Client site (Both)
Educational Requirements: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing or Management.
Skills Required: Email Communications, Good communication skills, Microsoft Excel, Negotiation Skill, Sales & Marketing, Sales Forecast
Experience Requirements: 2-3 years.
Additional Requirements
Age 24 to 30 years
Sincere, Honest & Accountable to the job is first priority.
Sound knowledge of computers.
Able to work in a team.
Possessing a positive attitude.
