1️⃣ Introduction

Eidok Marketplace is a digital space where users can list, discover, and buy/sell goods and services. To maintain a safe, legal, and user-friendly environment, all users must follow the rules below when using this feature.

2️⃣ Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older to sell or purchase on the platform.

• Users under 18 may browse with guardian supervision but cannot list or negotiate directly.

• You must have a verified account to list a product.

3️⃣ Allowed Products

You may post:

• Electronics, gadgets, fashion items

• Vehicles (with legal documents)

• Services (e.g., tuition, repairs)

• Local handmade products

• Second-hand goods (must be clearly marked)

4️⃣ Prohibited Products

The following are strictly prohibited:

• Drugs, weapons, alcohol, tobacco

• Pornographic content or adult services

• Counterfeit goods or pirated items

• Stolen goods

• Political propaganda or hate speech materials

• Any item violating Bangladesh’s laws or Islamic values

Posting these items will result in account suspension or permanent removal.

5️⃣ Seller Guidelines

• Sellers must provide accurate descriptions, real photos, and honest pricing.

• Must clearly mention: condition (new/used), return policy, and delivery method.

• No fake bidding, spam listings, or misleading promotions.

• Eidok reserves the right to hide, edit, or delete listings that appear suspicious or violate terms.

6️⃣ Buyer Guidelines

• Always verify the seller’s identity before payment.

• Meet in public places for handovers.

• Use secure payment methods; Eidok does NOT mediate transactions or hold funds.

• Report suspicious or abusive sellers immediately.

7️⃣ Safety & Scams

We strongly discourage:

• Sharing personal contact or banking details over messages.

• Clicking suspicious links from unknown users.

• Paying in advance to unverified sellers.

Eidok is not responsible for fraud but will cooperate with law enforcement if needed.

8️⃣ Accountability

• Users are 100% responsible for their listings and actions.

• Eidok holds the right to:

  • Remove any listing without prior notice

  • Suspend users for repeated violations

  • Share suspicious user data with authorities if a crime is reported

9️⃣ Termination

Eidok may terminate your access to the Marketplace if:

• You break these terms

• You are reported multiple times by buyers/sellers

• Your actions cause legal or reputational harm to the platform

By using the Eidok Marketplace, you accept these rules and agree to act in good faith toward buyers, sellers, and the community at large.
